1. Production Agreements
All media production, video recording, drone operations, and photography services are governed by formal production statements of work (SOW) executed between CGHorizon LLC and the client.
2. Copyright & Licensing
Unless explicitly transferred in writing, CGHorizon LLC retains copyright ownership of original raw footage and master edit files while granting clients specified usage licenses upon final payment.
3. Drone Aerial Compliance
All aerial cinematography is conducted in strict compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Flights remain subject to airspace authorizations and local weather safety conditions.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
